Our Story..

At PropPerly, we know the power of the right support, because we’ve lived it.

I built and managed a portfolio of over 135 property units across the UK. The only way I could scale without burning out was by working with Virtual Assistants. With just two VAs, including our very first hire Marilyn, we managed tenant communication, maintenance, listings, lettings and admin, while I kept my focus on growth.

In 2024, I travelled to the Philippines to meet Marilyn in person. That visit reminded me that this isn’t just about saving costs, it’s about creating life-changing jobs for talented professionals who can earn more than the local average, while giving UK businesses reliable support at a fraction of the price.

Since then, we’ve grown our team and supported property professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners across the UK. And we’re planning our next visit to the Philippines as our VA network expands.
